Brandon Jones Named Young Driver to Watch

How’s your 2016 going? If you’re asking Brandon, he would say pretty good. It’s hard to argue with that considering that NASCAR.com just listed him as one of their Five To Watch: Young Drivers of the XFINITY Series. Brandon is gearing up for an exciting 2016 season of competition and he is super excited about his rookie season in the XFINITY series.

2015 was a crazy year for Brandon as he ran 33 races while competing in 4 different series, all while finishing up his senior year of high school. Though he never crossed the finish line as winner, he was very competitive all season earning 5 top five and 7 top ten finishes with the ARCA Racing Series; 1 top five and 1 top ten finish in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series; 4 top five and 8 top ten finishes in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series; and 1 top five and 2 top ten finishes in the NASCAR XFINITY Series; and a third overall finish in the ARCA Racing Series championship. His hard work and competitiveness earned him a position as a full time XFINITY Series driver for Richard Childress Racing for the 2016 season.
